Dr. James F. Jereb is a visionary artist, cosmic architect, and spiritual teacher whose life’s work bridges art, sacred architecture, and consciousness evolution. As the creator of Stardreaming, a 22-acre sacred temple and labyrinth landscape in Santa Fe, he has devoted decades to building living temples designed to awaken humanity to higher states of awareness.

A self-taught artist working in paint, print, and stone, Jereb’s creations are portals of transformation that invite individuals to reconnect with Source and their own divine nature. Originally trained as an art historian and museum educator, Dr. Jereb traveled extensively around the world, developing deep connections with diverse cultures and indigenous traditions. These experiences laid the foundation for his later work, which integrates sacred archetypes, mythological symbolism, and universal spiritual wisdom into visionary art and sacred environments.

In 1996, Jereb experienced a profound spiritual awakening that redirected the course of his life. Through visionary encounters with what he describes as the “Shining Ones” — masters of higher consciousness — he was guided to surrender to the creative Source and begin building sacred temples and stargate environments on Earth. Following this guidance, he began painting large visionary canvases, opening energetic portals, and constructing sacred spaces designed for healing, activation, and planetary transformation.

This guidance led to the creation of the Star Temple, an early multidimensional environment designed around a sacred Tree-of-Life grid composed of energetic stargates. These portals later evolved into a series of visionary works known as the Masters of the Stargates and the Doorways to the Stargates, which became the foundation for the transformative oracle system known as The Stargate Deck.

The energetic essence of this original temple was later transferred and anchored in stone at Stardreaming, where Jereb began building what he collectively calls the Temples of the Cosmos—a sacred landscape of stone temples, labyrinths, and energetic gateways aligned with universal principles of harmony and awakening.

Working largely by hand with simple tools, he has moved and shaped more than fifty tons of stone, aligning them into sacred geometric patterns that activate the memory and living intelligence of the Earth itself. This alchemical process of awakening the consciousness within stone forms a central aspect of his work as a cosmic architect.

At the heart of Stardreaming now stands the Temple of Illumination, completed in 2020, an inner sanctum dedicated to celestial wisdom, soul language transmissions, and deep states of spiritual activation.

Beyond his sacred architecture and art, Dr. Jereb is also an accomplished author and speaker whose works explore visionary alchemy and spiritual transformation.
