Dr Vadim Borisov
Body Psychologist | Founder of Neurowave
Vadim is a body therapist and educator with a Ph.D. in pedagogy and more than 30 years of experience in psycho-somatic practice. His work is grounded in the intelligence of the body and focused on restoring clarity, stability, and authentic self-connection through embodied awareness.
Vadim’s journey began in a unique environment that cultivated leadership, discipline, and a deep intuitive understanding of the human body. By the age of 18, he was already leading experiential programs, and his academic career—including over two decades of university teaching—provided him with a structured and nuanced understanding of human behavior, learning processes, and emotional regulation.
After years in education and entrepreneurship, a major life reset brought Vadim back to the work that had always felt most natural: guiding people into direct, honest contact with themselves through the body. This return became the foundation of the Neurowave Method, a body-centered approach designed to help individuals release stored tension, improve nervous system regulation, and regain mental and emotional clarity.
Neurowave works by engaging the body as an entry point for change. As chronic patterns of stress, contraction, and emotional holding are gently released, individuals often experience increased presence, inner stability, and a clearer sense of direction. Rather than imposing beliefs or outcomes, Vadim’s approach allows change to emerge organically through the body’s innate capacity for self-regulation.
Today, Neurowave is a patented method in Russia, and Vadim has been recognized as Body Therapist of the Year (2024) for the depth and consistency of his work. He now teaches internationally, offering workshops, retreats, and online programs that support people in cultivating embodiment, emotional clarity, and sustainable well-being.
While Vadim does not frame his work in spiritual terms, many participants find that by removing physical, emotional, and nervous-system blockages, his practice creates the conditions for individuals to more fully access their natural capacities, creativity, and true potential—allowing whatever is authentic within them to emerge with greater ease and stability.
